Meat Ingredients:
1 / 2 kilo minced meat
4 minced garlic
1 big chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped parsley
For stuffing:
4 boiled eggs
1/4 cup Green pees
1 Carrot cut into small cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup water
you can use any filling you like –vegetables only or eggs only
Preparation:
- In a blender, we mix all meat ingredients until it becomes like the dough and set aside
- In a pan put 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Put the vegetables
- add the spices and the water
-leave to cook for 10 minutes or until it runs dry on low temperature
- prepare a big foil paper
- put the meat dough
- press it to form a rectangular shape with equal edges
- Put the filling on top of the meat dough near to the edge as follows :

- fold the foil until the edge of the meat dough sticks to the rest of the dough
-Then unfold the foil while keeping the shape of the dough round
- repeat until we get a round shape for the meat dough where the filling will be inside and meat dough all around make sure to close the ends with the chicken dough
cover the roll with foil from all sides and put in a non stick pan in the oven for 30 minutes on low temperature
When serving cut the roller into small pieces
