Tuna cold tart - تورتة التونة الباردة



Ingredients:




2 packs toast

2 packs sliced burger cheese

mayonise



For the filling



2 tuna cans

1 grated carrot

juice iof 2 lemons

2 tablespoons mustard

a big green pepper sliced



we have to mix all together



for the coating:



1 youghart

1 labna pack



we mix them both together very well



for the decoration



2 grated carrots

green pepper slices



you can also use black olive slices/ parsely /any type of grated cheese /red pepper



Steps :





we have to cut off the toast hard edges

- in a rectangular birex we will put the following :



Toast layer

mayonise layer

sliced burger cheese layer

toast layer

Filling (tuna) filling

Toast



put the birex in the refr. for 2 hours



after 2 hours take the birex out of the refr.



on the serving plate turn it upside down



start decorating it as follows:



first put the coating prepared earlier all arround the tart covering the top and edges



start decoration it as you want using the grated carrot ,the green pepper or parsely or black olives
